AN oRDINANC~ ~NDING SCHEDULE IV
OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT TRAFFIC CODE
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect have determined that it is in the best interest
of the residents of the Village of Mount Prospect to require
operators of vehicles to stop at certain intersections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinoi
as follows:
SECTION ONE: Schedule IV of Article 20 of Chapter 18 (Traffic
Code) of the Mttnicipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be,
and the same is hereby amended by adding to the present Schedul~
IV, under the column headed "Name of Street" the language
"Crestwood Lane" in its proper alphabetical sequence and under
the column headed "Direction of Traffic Movement"of said
Schedule the words "North & SoUthbound" opposite, to "Crestwood"
Lane" as it appears in said Schedule, and under the column
headed "At Intersection With" of said Schedule, the words
"Martha Lane" opposite to "Crestwood Lane", so. that said addi-
tion shall hereafter be and read as follows:

SECTION TWO: Schedule IV of Article 20 of Chapter 18 (Traffic
Code) of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect
be, and the same is hereby amended by adding to the present
Schedule IV, under the column headed ?Name of Street" the
language "Wheeling Road" in its proper alphabetical sequence,
and under the column headed "Direction of Traffic Movement"
the word !!Southbound" opposite to "Wheeling Road" &s it
appears in said Schedule, and under the column headed "At
Intersectign With" of said Schedule, the words "Business Center
Drive" opposite to "Wheeling Road", so that said addition
shall hereafter be and read .as follows~

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the man-
ner provided by law.
