AN ORDINANCE A~-~ENDING SECTION
2.102.A OF CHAPTER 2 Or THE VILLAGE
O? MOUNT PROSPECT MUNICIpaL
CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows:
SECTION ONE: Section 2.102.A of Chapter 2 of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be and the same is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the language "one
thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00)" as it appears in
said Section 2.102.A and by substituting therefor the lan-
guage "one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00)", so that
said Section 2.102.A shall hereafter be and read as follows:

Any person duly elected or appointed
to sit as a member of the Board.of Trustees
of the Village, as a Trustee, shall take the
oath of office prescribed by Statute and
shall receive as compensation for the
performance of his duties an annual
salary of one thousand five hundred
dollars ($1,500.00), payable in twelve
(.t2) equal monthly installments.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance sh~ll be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the
manner provided by law.
