AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1.102.A
OF CHAPTER 1 AND SECTION 13.109.A OF
CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT MUNICIPAL CODE
ET ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES' OF THE
LAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS as fo!'lows:
ION ONE: Section 1.102.A of Chapter 1 of the Municipal Code
.he Village of Mount Prospect be and %he same is hereby amended
[e!eting therefrom the language "two thousand dollars ($2,000.00
t appears in said Section 1.102.A and by substituting therefor
language "three thousand dollars ($3,000.00)", so that said
~ion 1.102.A shall hereafter be and read as follows:
Before entering upon the duties'of his
office, -the Village President shall
give a bond with sureties to be approved
by the Board of Trustees conditioned upon
his faithful performance of duties of
Village President in the sum of three
thousand dollars ($3,000.00). The Village
President shall take the oath of office
as prescribed by-Statute and shall receive
as compensation the sum of three thousand
dollars ($3,000.00) a~nually, payable in
twelve (12) equal monthly installments.
?ION TWO: Section 13.109.A of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code
~he Village of Mount Prospect be and the same is hereby amended
teleting therefrom the language "two thousand dollars ($2,000.00
by substituting therefor the language "three thousand dollars
000.00)", so that said Section 13.109.A shall heregfter be and
as follows:
The Local Liquor Control Commissioner
shall receive as compensation the sum of
three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) annually,
payable in twelve (12) equal monthly in-
stallments.
:TION THREE: This Ordinance-sh~l-1 be in full force and effect f~
after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provJ
law.
