The Lake Briarwood Homeowners Associat~on is requesting Village parnc~patmn
to ~nstall street hghtmg in that neighborhood A report by Herb Weeks and the
proposal by the Association are attached
V DISCUSSION . OBSTRUCTIONS IN PUBLIC RIGHT-OF.WAY
Since 1984, the Public Works Department has carried out a systematic program
authorized by the V~llage Board requmng residents to remove obstructions m the
pubhc right-of-way A report by the Pubhc Works Director and a hst of mmhngs
are attached Due to a recent ruling, staff needs addmonal dlrecbon However,
~t is recommended that the current program of requmng the removal of
obstructmns should continue
VI DISCUSSION ON WHETHER TO BROADCAST ZONING BOARD MEETINGS
The Comrmttee needs to d~scuss whether the Vdlage should broadcast the Zomng
Board of Appeals' meetings and the cost of thru addmonal service
