IV CONSIDER JOINT EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Northwest Municipal Conference has developed a JOint Employee Assistance
Program for member commumtms Trine Goldberg, of the NWMC, will make a
presentation The annual cost vall be $1950 per employee Staff recommends
pamcipauon in this program
V CONSIDER ORDINANCE REOUIRING BUSINESSES TO POST NOTICE OF
LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION
Village Attorney Everette Hill will be on hand to discuss an Ordinance which
requires businesses to post notice of license suspensions or revocations
VI SIDEWALK POLICY ON MAJOR ROADWAYS
The Comn~ttee will discuss the areas without sidewalks along major roadways, the
cost to install the sidewalks and the policy about installing sidewalks in these
VII DISCUSSION ON DOWNSPOUT DISCONNECTION PROGRAM
The deadline for disconnecting downspouts in the combined sewer area is
November 1 The Comrmttee will discuss the means to assure compliance with
the Ordinance
VIII DISCUSSION OF LEASING PARKING SPACES ON PROSPECT AVENUE
The Village has been asked to consider leasing parking spaces along the easterly
edge of the Prospect Avenue parking area It appears this arrangement would be
advantageous to the Village and the interested parties Staff recommends the
leasing of spaces
