AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING MAP

by the President and Board of Trustees
the 18 day of September, 2012

by authority of the corporate authorities
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois,
the 19 day of September, 2012.
ORDINANCE NO. 6030
AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING MAP
The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have created a
new zoning district known as the 1 -3 Waste Handling District. All necessary notices and public
hearings have been held for the purpose of creating the new district and amending the Official
Zoning Map of the Village of Mount Prospect in order to accommodate the new 1 -3 District.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, as follows:
The Official Zoning Map of the Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby
further amended by the addition of the territory legally described and generally shown on Exhibit
"A" and its designation as 1 -3 Solid Waste Handling District.
2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval as provided by law.
AYES: Hoefert, Juracek, Korn, Matuszak, Polit
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Zadel
