B. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS) (Exhibit A)
This ordinance adds (1) Class "F -3" liquor license issued to CANTA NAPOLI
RISTORANTE d /b /a CANTA NAPOLI located at 90 East Busse Avenue.

A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND WATER AND SEWER RATES (Exhibit B)
SET FORTH IN APPENDIX A, DIVISION II OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance increases the combined water and sewer rate by 9.5% effective for
billings after January 1, 2013.
B. * A RESOLUTION TO INCLUDE TAXABLE ALLOWANCES AS ILLINOIS (Exhibit C)
MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND (IMRF) EARNINGS
This resolution fulfills the recommendation of the IMRF auditors to `officially" state
the Village of Mount Prospect considers the vehicle allowances of the Director and
Deputy Director of Human Services, Human Services Social Worker, Public Health
Nurse and Community Connections Center Coordinator as compensable wages and
as IMRF earnings for contribution purposes.
XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Request Village Board approval to accept updated Fund Balance Policy.
B. Request Village Board approval to accept updated Investment Policy.
C. * Request Village Board approval to accept proposal for general and auto liability third -
party claims in an amount not to exceed $9,496.
