Attached m, hopefully, the last draft of the Downspout Ordinance which addresses
all of the ~ssues brought forth by the Board and staff
V BUDGET AMENDMENTS - 1989/1991)
The Board has previously recewed reformation from the Finance Director as well
as the Vdlage Manager concermng Budget Amendments to the 1989/1990 Budget
This item was placed for first reading at the last Village Board meeting The
Finance D~rector and Manager will make the presentation to explain the Budget
Amendments and answer any questions the Board may have
VI AMENDMENT TO THE VILLAGE CODE CONCERNING PARKING
PRIVILEGES FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS
The State of Ilhnms changed requirements last year for fines for people who
wolate the Statute concermng handicapped parking spaces and increased that fine
from $50 00 to $100 00 There was an area missing from our existing Code which
d~d not address the issue of parkang of handicapped vehicles when the
hand~capped person is not present in the vehicle
VII ,UPDATE OF FOOD CODE
The Environmental Health Coordinator has made several recommendatmns in
conjunctmn with review by the Village Attorney Hall to upgrade the Food Code
This brings all of our Food Code up to the latest edition of Rules and
Regulations pertaining to food senace establishments by the State of Illinois and
the United States Food and Drag Admimstration Compliance Procedures
