MAYOR'S REPORT A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance increases the number of Class "R" (Restaurant only) liquor licenses by one for Tuccio's Fresh Italian Kitchen, 106 West Northwest Highway. (Exhibit A) ANY INDIVIDUAL WITH A DISABILITY WHO WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND THIS MEETING SHOULD CONTACT THE VILLAGE MANAGER'S OFFICE AT '100 SOUTH EMERSON STREET, 847/392-6000, TDD 847/392-6064. Request from the new owners of Bristol Court Banquets, 820 East Rand Road, to continue operating under the existing Class "E' (Caterer's) liquor license. C. Appointments VIII. There will be no separate discussion of those items unless a Board member, or resident from the audience, so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. OLD BUSINESS A. PZ 18-03, 420 N. Fairview Avenue, Residence 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 420 NORTH FAIRVIEW This ordinance grants a variation for the construction of a patio in the exterior side yard setback. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. PZ 16-03, 501db Drive, Niagara Educational Services 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 501 db DRIVE This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow the construction of a community center. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1 (VILLAGE PRESIDENT) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance outlines the criteria and procedures for electing a successor to the Mayor if he/she is unable to fulfill the duties of the office. NEW BUSINESS A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 305 MAN-A-WA TRAIL This ordinance grants a Variation to allow a 2'2" side yard setback to enlarge an existing garage; Village Code requires a five-foot setback. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval by a vote of 7-0. *A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE APPOINTMENT OF DAVID O. ERB AS TREASURER OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT *A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON VILLAGE ACCOUNTS WITH BANKS AND OTHER DEPOSITORIES (Exhibit E) (Exhibit F) (Exhibit G) *A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL PERSONNEL BENEFIT COOPERATIVE Request for Board approval of the 2004-2008 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
