HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 3097 04/08/1981 ORDINANCE KO. 3097 AN ORDINANCE ZONING THE P~.UENHORST PHASE THREE A PROPERTY ~EEREAS,. the real estate hereinafter described in Section ?wo ahis Ordinance has been newly annexed to the Village of Mount Prospect and is the subject of an Annexation Agreement dated Ln May of 1980, by and between the Village of Mount Prospect and D~merican National Bank and Trust Cor, pany of 2hicago, a national banking association, not in~ividua!!y, but solely as Trustee under a Trust Agreement dated February !0 1979 and known as Trust No. 45771 and the beneficiary thereof, Northern Illinois Gas Company, an Illinois cor~moration and the Rauenhorst Corporation, a Minnesota corpora%ion; and ~HEREAS, said Annexhtion Agreement provides that the Village ;hall zone said real estate in the 5-i Light industrial District mder the Village of Mount Prospect Zoning Ordinance; and ~EP~EAS, a public hearing on the proposed zoning of' said real ~state was duly held before the Zoning Board cf Appeals of the ~iliage of Mount Prospect on February 28, 1980 pursuant to oroper legal notice thereof published in the ~ount Prospect iera!d on February !1, 1980; and ~HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended to the ~oard cf Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that afore- aid request, known as ZBA-6-Z-80, be granted; and the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of ~ount Prospect have determined %hat it would be .in the best nterest of the Village to grant the requested zoning; and OW, THER~FORE, BE iT ORDAINED. District: uhe i-~ Light v '-, ' That part of the Northwest Quarter, and of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of said Northeast Quarter which is 25.0 feet South 89 degrees 39 minutes 56 seconds East of the Southwest corner of said North- east Qu&rter; thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 56 seconds West along the South line of said Northeast Quarter, and along the South line of said Nort'hwest Quarter, a distance of 2004.46 feet to the East line of Kensington Center Phase One Subdivision, being a Subdivision in the East half of Section 34 in aforesaid Township and Range, and in the Northwest Quarter of said Section 35, according to the plat thereof recorded October 2, 1979, as Document No. 25173362; thence North 0 degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds East along the East line of said Subdivision, a distance cf 876.52 feet to 2 - the South line of Kensington Center Phase Two Subdivi- sion, being also the South line of Kensington Center Resubdivision II, being a Subdivision and Resubdivision in part of said Northwest Quarter recorded June 2, 1980, as Document No. 25472808, and December 31, 1980, as Document No. 25722782 respectively; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 46 seconds East along the South line of said Subdivisions, a distance of 1024.99 feet to the Southeast corner of said Kensington Center Phase Two Subdivision; thence North 0 degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds East along the East line of said Kensington Center Phase Two Subdivision, a distance of 270.39 feet to the most Southerly corner of Outlot 9 in said Sub- division; thence South 25 degrees 48 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of 346.79 feet to the centerline of Feehanville drainage ditch; thence North 63 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds East along said centerline of ditch, a distance of 791.87 feet to the intersection of said line with a line drawn 91.95 feet West of, and parallel with the East line of said Northwest Quarter; thence South parallel with the East line of said North- west Quarter, a distance of 195.27 feet; thence East, perpendicular to the last described line, a distance of 116.95 feet to a line drawn 25.0 feet East of and parallel with the West line of said Northeast Quarter; thence South along said parallel line, a distance of 1000.00 feet to the point of beginning, all in Cook County, Illinois. SECTION SIX: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and a~ter its passage, approval, and Dub!ication in the manner provided by law. Passed this 8th. day of April , !98t.
