ORDINANCE NO. 3105
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
20.204 OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT,' COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows:
SECTION ONE: Section 20.204 of Article II of Chapter 20
of the Municipal Code of the.Village of Mount Prospect be
and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a new sub-
section 20.204.C which shall hereafter be and read as follows:

It shall be unlawful for'any person keeping
or maintaining any animal to maintain any
place where such animal is kept in other than
a clean and sanitary condition..
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the
manner provided by law.
