AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
¢ILLAGE OF IvlOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
~ECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of ChaPter 13 of the
%{unicipal Code of the Village of ]~Iount Prospect be, and the same is hereby
9_mended to decrease the number of Class "A" licenses by one (1) by deleting
herefrom the language "Six (6) "as it appears in said Section 13.107 A and
)y substituting herefor the language" Five (5) "; so that Section 13.107 A
~hall hereafter be and read as fellows:
Five (5) Class A Licenses
Nineteen (19) Class B Licenses
Nine (9) Class C Licenses
Two (2) Class D Licenses
One (1) Class E Licenses
Two (2) Class L.Licenses
One (1) Class M Licenses
One (I) Class P Licenses
Ten (10) Class R Licenses
One (1) Class V Licenses
Four (4) Class W Licenses
:ECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
'.ts passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
