:REAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
[nt Prospect have determined that it is in the best interest
the residents of the Village of Mount Prospect to limit traffic
~ement to one-way movement in the area specified below.
7, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
~stees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois,
follows:
~T!ON ONE: Schedule III of Article 20 of Chapter 18 (Traffic
te) of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be,
the same is hereby amended by inserting in the first sentence
said Schedule III the language "alleys and." between the word
)liowing" and the word "streets", and between the word ".such"
the word "streets", as they appear in said sentence so that
kd first sentence shall hereafter be and read as follows:
In accordance with Section 18.708, and when
signposted, traffic shall move only in the direction
indicated uoon the following alleys and streets; ex-
cept that where "School Hours" is described such
alleys and streets shall be one-way between the
hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. to 1:00
p.m., and 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on school days only.
