. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
RCUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13. 107 of Chapter 13 of the
%{unicipal Code of the Village of ]%Count Prospect be, and the same is hereby
mmended to increase the number of Class "B" licenses by one (1) by adding
~.hereto the language "Nineteen (19)" as it appears in said Section 13.107 A
end substituting therefor the language "Twenty (20)"; so that Section 13.107 A
~haI1 hereafter be and read as follows:
"Five (5) Class A Licenses
Twenty (20) Class B Licenses
Nine (9) Class C Licenses
Two (2) Class D Licenses
One (1) Class E License
Two (2) Class L Licenses
.,One (1) Class R! Lcense
One .(1) Class P License
Ten (10) Class R Licenses
One (1) Class ¥ License
Four (4) Class W Licenses
;ECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
ts passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
