Income Tm~ Surcharge
V DISCUSSION OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT PARK DISTRICT'S DQG BAN
A group of residents has requested the Park Board to reconsider the dog ban
which wall take effect on July 1 This group would hke the Park Board to allow
dogs at designated areas at s~x parks The group proposed a special license fee
to pay for additional enforcement and a requirement that the dog owner cany
proper disposal utensils while wallang the dog in the park The Park District bas
requested input from the Village The Park D~stnct letter and a copy of the
petmon by the resident group are attached
VI DISCUSSION OF THE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE MODIFICATION
There have been ongoing discussions wath the Northwest Mumclpal Cable Council
and TGI We need to d~scuss the possible options
