IV DISCUSSION OF INCREASE IN CDBG LOAN LIMIT
The current CDBG loan brmt for the 0% rehabilitation program is $15,000 Due
to increasing costs, n is recommended that the hnut be increased to $25,000

The attached report outlines the recommendations of the Recycling Comnusslon
for the MulU-Fanuly Recycling Program Members of the Recycling Comrmsslon
will make a presentation There were funds placed in the budget to start a Mulu-
Faimly Recycling Program
VI DISCUSSION ON REBATE OF REAL ESTATE TRANSFER TAX
The Chamber of Commerce has requested a $2 00 per $1,000 rebate on Real
Estate Transfer Taxes for emstmg businesses that relocate within the Village A
report by Finance Director Dave Jepson which outlines the fiscal impact Is

VII HOME OCCUPATION LICENSE August 28, 1990
The Chamber of Commerce has requested that the Village pass an Ordinance to
allow home occupations Materials prowded by the Chamber and a report by the
Planmng and Zomng Director are attached If a decision is made to allow home
occupations, a license fee at a nummum of $35 Is recommended to cover the costs
for registering and regulating these home occupations The mammum business
license charge is $60
VIII CAMP MC DONALD ROAD JURISDICTIONAL TRANSFER
The County is considering improving Camp McDonald Road and then malong a
jurisdictional transfer to the Village The Committee needs to discuss whether the
Vdlage should agree to a jurisdictional transfer If the Comrmttee would like to
pursue the transfer, staff reconunends reqmrmg concrete pavement, an enclosed
storm sewer system and a three lane section vath curb and gutter A public
meeting for affected residents is also recommended should the Comrmttee w~sh
to pursue a transfer
