AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 21.609 ENTITLED
"SEWER PERMIT FEES" OF CHAPTER 21 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 21.609 entitled "Sewer Permit
Fees" of Chapter 21 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect,
Illinois, 1981 is hereby amended by amending Subparagraph F
to read as follows:
"F. A fee shall be paid to the Village for each
lineal foot of storm, sanitary or combined sewer
installed to help defray the. costs of televising
said sewers, as provided in Sections 16.411 and
16.412 of Chapter 16 of this Village Code."
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect upon its passage, approval and publication in
accordance with law.
