AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION O~N~: That subsection A.1. of Section 13.121 of Chapter 13
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be amended by
substituting a new subsection A.1. therefor, so that Section 13.121.A.1
shall hereafter he and read as follows:
ft 1.
Subsection A of this Section shall not apply to
any persons under the age of twenty one (21)
years but at least nineteen (19) years of age
while such person is performing the duties of
his employment as employee or agent of any
such licensee. "
SECTION TWO: That subsection B.2.b. of Section 13.121 of Chapter 13
of the M~nici'~al Code of the Village of l~ount Prospect be amended by
substituting a new subsection B.2.b. therefor, so that said Section 13.121.B.2,
shall hereafter be and read as follows:
" b. The consumption of alcoholic liquor by any person
under twenty one (21) years of age is forbidden. "
SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
