AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 21.120 ENTITLED
"PARKWAY TREE DEPOSIT"
OF CHAPTER 21 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUN' PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOA~ OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 21.620 entitled "P.~rkway Tree Deposit" of
Chapter 21 of the Village Code of Mount Prospecl t, Illinois, 1981, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 21.620. Parkway Tree Fee:
