RDINANCE NO. 3163
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 TRAFFIC CODE)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule IX of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code)
of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and
the same is hereby further amended to delete reference to No
Parking During School Hours on Gregory Street on the North
side of the street between Elm and William Streets.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
