ORDINANCE NO. 3173
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFI'C CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule IV of Article XX of Chapter 18
(Traffic Code) of the Village Code of the Village of Mount Prospe
be, and the same is hereby amended by adding to the present
Schedule IV in proper alphabetical sequence "Maple Street,
North and Southbound, Isabella Street", so that said addition
shall hereafter be and read as follows:
" Name of
Street
Maple St.
SECTION TWO:
Direction of
Traffic Movement
At Intersection
With
North & Southbound Isabella St. "
That Schedule XI-A of Article XX of Chapter 18
(Traffic Code) of the Village Code of tbe Village of Mount Prospe
be, and the same is hereby amended by adding to the present
Schedule XI-A in proper alphabetical sequence "William St.,
West, Btw. Prospect Ave. & Lincoln St.", so that said addition
shall hereafter be and read as follows:

Btw. Prospect Ave. &
Lincoln St. "
SECTION THREE: That Schedule XVI of Article XX of Chapter 18
(Traffic Code) of the V~llage Code of the Village of Mount Prospe
be, and the same is hereby amended by adding to the present
Schedule XVI in proper alphabetical sequence " Isabella St.,
5-ton load limit between Rand Rd. & Matin St." so that said additi.
shall hereafter be and read as follows:

Isabella St.
5-ton load limit between Rand Rd. &
Main St. "
SECTION FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
!pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
