RDINANCE NO. 3177
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XX OF
CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule XI-A of Article XX of Chapter 18
(Traffic Code) of the Village of Mount Prospect be, and the
same is hereby further amended by deleting therefrom the
wording "Wille St., East and West, Btw. Busse Ave. and
Central Rd."
SECTION TWO: That Schedule XII of Article XX of Chapter 18
(Traffic Code) of the Village of Mount Prospect be, and the
same is hereby further amended to add the wording "Wille St.,
East and West, Btw. Busse Ave. & Central Rd." in proper
alphabetical sequence; so that said addition shall hereafter
be and read as follows:

SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Alqzhur, Farley, Floros, Miller, Murauskis, Wattenberg
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
