AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE XXXIV ENTITLED
"GENERAL PROVISIONS, INCLUDING FEES" OF CHAPTER
11 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
BE IT. ORDINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLIONIS:
SECTION ONE: Article XXXIV entitled "General Provisions, including Fees"
of Chapter 11 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois, 1981, is
hereby amended by amending Section~ll.3405 entitled "Other License Fees"
to read as follows;
"Section 11.3405.
Other License Fees. As indicated elsewhere
in this Chapter or in this Municipal Code,
the license fees of certain professions,
occupations, businesses, and/or commercial
establishments are for convenience repeated
hereinbelow:
A. Ambulances
B. Auctioneers
$45.00 annually
$52.50 per month; $7.50
per day, for any period
less than one month
C. Bankers and Brokers
D. Carnivals and Circuses
E. Coin-In-Slot Devices
$52.50 annually
$75.00 per day, with a
minimum fee of $300.00
t. Cigarette Vending Machines
2. Juke Boxes
3. Amusement Devices/Pinball/
Electronic Games
4. Food Vending Machines
a. 1¢ to 10¢ candy, gum
and nuts
b. All other such machines
5. Machines vending other
General Merchandise
Contractors
Detective Agencies and
Private Detectives
Driving Ranges
Food Dealers
Foreign Fire Insurance
Companies
Golf Courses
Liquor Dealers
Miniature Golf Courses
$37.50 per machine annually
