AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XI OF CHAPTER 11 OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
~E IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOISz
~ECTION ONE: That Section 11.1123 of Chapter 11 of the Village
~ode be amended by deleting the expiration date of December 31
each year for taxicab driver's license and inserting the
~ording "April 30 of each year"; so that said Section 11.1123
Chapter 11 shall hereafter be and read as follows:
" Sec. 11.1123. Duration and Renewal of Taxicab
Driver's License.
Taxicab driver's licenses issued as provided for herein
shall expire on April 30 of each year and, if not revoked,
shall be renewable on an annual basis. The fees for a
taxicab driver's license shall be:
Fee for issuance
Renewal license
$10.00

iECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
~ffect from and after its passage, approval and Publication in
~amphlet form in the manner'provided by law.
