AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 20
OF THE VILLAGE CODE
E IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
ILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: ,
ECTION ONE: That subsection 1. of paragraph E of Section 20.302
f Chapter 20 be amended, so that hereafter, said subsection 1.
f paragraph E of said Section 20.302 shall be and read as follow

In the event that said payment is made prior to
the mailing by the Municipality or by the official
of a final notice, the following amounts shall be
accepted as settlement:
