HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 3207 05/04/1982 /29/82 - caf ORDINANCE NO. 3207 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE CODE ~E IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE )F MOUNT PROSPECT, CO©K COUNTY, ILLINOIS: ;ECTION ONE: That subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13, )f the Village Code of the Village of Mount Prospect, be and the ~ame is hereby further amended by deleting two (2) Class "W" _iquor licenses and by re-classifying one (1) Class "S" to a ~lass "R"; so that hereafter said subsection A of Section 13.107 ;hall be and read as follows: " Section 13.107. Number of Licenses A. There shall be issued in the Village no more than: Five (5) Three (3) Nine (9) Two (2) One (1) One (1) Two (2) one (1) One (1) Twelve (12) Seventeen (17) One (1) Two (2) Class A Licenses Class B Licenses Class C Licenses Class D Licenses Class E License Class G License Class L Licenses Class M License Class P License Class R Licenses Class S Licenses Class V License Class W Licenses ;ECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and ~ffect from and after its passage, approval and publication in )amphlet form in the manner provided by law.
