AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18, TRAFFIC CODE
BE iT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2011, Schedule XI-A, of
Chapter 18, Traffic Code, of the Village Code of Mount Prospect
of 1981, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
to included in alphabetical sequence "Municipal Lot -
Northeast corner of Main St. & Busse Ave." and "Municipal Lot -
Southwest corner of Main St. & Busse Ave."; so that said
Section 18.2011, Schedule XI-A of Chapter 18 shall include:
" Name of Side of
Street Street
Description
Municipal Lot
Northeast corner of Main St.
& Busse Ave.
Municipal Lot
Southwest corner of Main St.
& Busse Ave. "
~ECTION TWO: That Section 18.2015, Schedule XV, of Chapter 18,
Fraffic Code, of the Village Code of Mount Prospect of 1981, be
and the same is here~y amended by deleting the legal description
)f the South Maple Street Municipal Lot and substituting thereof
~n amended legal description; so that said Section 18.2015,
~chedule ~ of Chapter 18, shall hereafter read as follows:
" District or Street
South Maple Street
Municipal Parking Lot
Description
Lot A in Corporate Subdivision
10-A, generally located on the
east side of Maple St. btw.
Lincoln St. & Prospect Ave. "
~ECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
~ffect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
