DELETION OF ONE (1) CLASS R LIQUOR LICENSE
(PUSAN RESTAURANT, 1144 SOUTH ELMHURST ROAD)
In February of this year, Pusan Restaurant, located at 1144 South Elmhurst Road, was
sent the renewal application for their 2003-2004 Liquor License. All Liquor Licenses in
the Village expire on April 30 of each year.
The renewal application was not received as of April 30 and upon checking the
establishment to verify no alcohol was being served, the Police Department was
informed by the owner of Pusan they have decided not to renew their Liquor License
and, therefore, an Ordinance deleting a Class R License is in order.
Attached is an Ordinance to be passed deleting the Class R Liquor License.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDTNG CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT,
COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECT[ON ONE: That in accordance with Subsection A of Section 13.108 of Chapter 13 of the Village Code of
Mount Prospect, as amended, the Corporate Authorities shall determine the number of Liquor Licenses
available in each Classification and shall establish a list speci~ing the number of Liquor Licenses authorized.
Said list is hereby amended by decreasing the number of Class R Liquor Licenses by one (1) Pusan
Restaurant, 1144 South Elmhurst Road. Said list is as follows:
Zero (0) Class A License
Two (2) Class B Licenses
Nine (9) Class C Licenses
One (1) Class D License
One (1) Class E License
One (1) Class G License
Zero (0) Class H License
Zero (0) Class M License
Zero (0) Class NH License
One (1) Class P License
Fifteen (15) Class R Licenses
Fifteen (15) Class S Licenses
One (1) Class V License
One (1) Class T License
Six (6) Cass W Licenses
Zero (0) Class XX License
.SECT[ON TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
