Golf Road 1. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP WITH RESPECT TO THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RX TO R1 AT 1850 WEST GOLF ROAD This ordinance rezones the subject property from RX to R1. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 7-0. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1850 W. GOLF ROAD This resolution creates three lots of record. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 7-0. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXCEPTION TO THE SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS CODE This ordinance grants an exception to the Subdivision Development and Site Improvements code in regards to lot depth. NEW BUSINESS A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 404 SOUTH VVILLE STREET This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for the construction of an unenclosed porch encroaching into the required front yard setback. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 316 NORTH ELM STREET This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for the construction of an unenclosed porch encroaching into the required front yard setback. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0 C. Acceptance of Craig Subdivision Phase II (Douglas Avenue and White Oak Street) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This ordinance deletes Section 16.609 of the Village Code, entitled "Recapture Ordinances", in its entirety, and creates a new Section 16.609 regulating recapture ordinances in the Village of Mount Prospect. (Exhibit D) (Exhibit E) (Exhibit F) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A RECAPTURE AGREEMENT BETWEEN DONALD CRAIG, SR.
