AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE pRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13
of the Village Code of the Village of Mount Prospect, be and
~he same is hereby further amended by increasing the number of
Class "R" liquor licenses from Twelve (12) to Thirteen (13), and
Class "W" liquor licenses from Four (4)-t~'~Five ~5); so that'
hereafter said subsection A of Section 13.107 shall be and read
as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses.
Five (5) Class
Three (3) Class
Nine (9) Class
Two (2) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
Two (2) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class P
Thirteen (13) Class R
Nineteen (19) Class S
One (1) Class V

That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
