AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ARTICLE VII ENTITLED
COIN-IN-SLOT DEVICES OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
~E IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Article VII entitled "Coin-In-Slot Devices" of
Chapter 11 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois
(1981), as amended, is hereby further amended by amending
the general operating requirements set forth in Section
11.705.E.4 to read as follows:
E.4. No amusement device located within an estab-
lishment possessing a retail alcoholic liquor license
shall be operated by anyone under the age of eighteen
(18) years, unless such person is accompanied by a
parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult."
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form
in accordance with law.
