AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION C OF SECTION 13.103
ENTITLED "APPLICATION FOR RETAILER'S LICENSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That subsection C of Section 13.103 of
Chapter 13 of the Village Code is hereby amended to add
to sub-paragraph 2 the following:
... and that all of the aforesaid persons submit
themselves for fingerprinting by the Mount Prospect
Police Department, which fingerprints shall then
be processed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation
at a cost of Twelve Dollars ($12.00) per person
being fingerprinted, which cost shall be pre-paid
by cashier's check, money order, or certified
check made payable to the Federal Bureau of
Investigation and presented at the time the finger-
prints are taken... "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
