RESOLUTION NO
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE CONSOLIDATED ELECTION
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT HELD APRIL 1, 2003
WHEREAS, the Consohdated General Elect~on was held in and for the Vdlage of Mount
Prospect, Cook County, Ilhno~s, on Tuesday, Aprd 1, 2003, for the purpose of elecbng three
Vdlage Trustees for four year terms, and two L~brary Trustees for six year terms, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Vdlage of Mount Prospect do hereby
declare the results of the April 1,2003 elecbon for sa~d V~llage
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
SECTION ONE That pursuant to the Consohdated Elect~on Laws of the State of Ilhno~s, a
regular elect~on was held for the Vdlage of Mount Prospect, Tuesday, Aprd 1, 2003
SECTION TWO That an official canvass was conducted on April 3, 2003 by the Local
Canvassing Board for the Vdlage of Mount Prospect declanng that 6,737 ballots were counted
as follows

SECTION THREE A) Inasmuch as Paul Wm Hoefert, M~chael W. Skowron, and Irvana K.
W~lks each received an uncontested number of votes, they are hereby declared elected to the
Office of Vdlage Trustee of the V~llage of Mount Prospect for four-year terms,
B) Inasmuch as Judith (Judy) L Klein and W~lham O. Walters received an uncontested number
of votes, they are hereby declared elected to the Office of L~brary Trustee of the Village of
Mount Prospect for s~x year terms
SECTION FOUR The Vdlage Clerk is hereby d~rected to forward a certified copy of th~s
Resolubon to the Cook County Elecbon Department and the State Board of Elect~on
Commissioners, as provided by law
