AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 13 OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS,
REGARDING ISSUANCE OF A CLASS "G" LICENSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
HE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Article I of Chapter 13
Dealers'~ of the Village Code of Mount
as amended, is hereby further amended
entitled "Alcoholic Liquor
Prospect, Illinois (1981),
as follows:
A. By amending Section 13.106. A,1 pertaining to the CLASS
"G" license to read as follows:
"CLASS 'G' license, for issuance to park districts
when operated as a function of that district and not
a concession to a third party, which shall authorize
the licensee to sell and offer for sale at retail in
the premises specified in such license application,
for beer and wine only, for consumption on the premises.
B. By amending Section 13.115.D to read as follows:
"D. It shall be unlawful for any licensee holding a
Class 'G' liquor license created under the terms of this
Chapter to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor
at ~etail in the Village or to permit any person to
consume any alcoholic liquor in or on any premises
for which a license providing for consumption on the
premises has been issued pursuant to this Chapter 13
other than between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00)
A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. on Monday through
Friday, inclusive; between the hours of eleven o'clock
(11:00) A.M. on Saturday and three o'clock (3:00) A.M.
on the following Sunday; and between the hours of
twelve (12:00) noon and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.
on Sunday."
