AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
~E IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
;ILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
~ECTION ONE: That Schedule VIII of Chapter 18, Traffic Code,
)f the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the
~ame is hereby further amended by expanding the 'Weekday
?arking' restrictions on Henry Street, north side of street,
~etween Main & Wille Street, parking prohibited between
7:A.M. to 6:00 P.M. to be and read as follows:

7:00 A.M. to Between Emerson St. and
6:00 P.M., Pine St.
Monday thru
Friday,
inclusive "
~ECTION TWO: That Schedule VIII of Chapter 18, Traffic Code,
)f the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended to include parking prohibitions
)n Wille St., east side of street, 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.,
~onday thru Friday, inclusive, between Central Road and
rhayer Street; so that said Schedule VIII (18.2008) of Chapter 18
shall be amended to include in alphabetical order the following:

IECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
