ORDINANCE NO. 3315
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE IV OF ARTICLE XX,
CHAPTER 18 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE~PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule IV of Article XX of Chapter 18,
Traffic Code, of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended by adding thereto
in alphabetical order the wording "Fairview, north and southbound
Isabella", thereby authorizing STOP signs at said intersection,
so that hereafter, said Schedule IV of Article XX of Chapter 18
shall include as follows:
"Name of
Street
Direction of
Traffic Movement
At Intersection With
Fairview St.
North and Southbound Isabella St. "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet
form in the manner provided by law.
