AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE)
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
OF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule I~ of Article XX of Chapter 18
Traffic Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect be, and
the same is hereby amended by adding to Schedule IV under the
column headed "Name of Street the language "Council Trail",
in its proper alphabetical sequence and under the column
headed "Direction of Traffic Movement" the word "Eastbound"
and under the column headed "At Intersection With" the
language "Marina Drive"; so that addition Schedule IV of
Chapter shall hereafter be and read as follows:
"Name of
Street
Direction of
Traffic Movement
At Intersection With
Council Tr. Eastbound Marina Drive "
SECTION TWO: That Schedule VI of Article XX of Chapter 18
(Traffic Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect be, and
the same is hereby amended by adding to said Schedule VI under
the column headed "Name of Street" the language "Moehling Dr."
and under the column headed "Side of Street" the language
"North and South" and under the column headed "Description"
the language ""Entire jurisdiction"; so that hereafter said
Schedule VI shall read to include in alphabetical order as
follows:
"Name of Side of
Street Street
Description
Moehling Dr.
North & South
Entire Jurisdiction "
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form as provided by law.
