NEW BUSINESS A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 5096 GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 820 EAST RAND ROAD This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 5096 (3/22/00) by granting a six-month extension of the Conditional Use permit to allow property owners to finalize details relating to cross access easements. *A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ADOPT AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH MOUNT PROSPECT SCHOOL DISTRICT 57 FOR GOVERNMENT ACCESS CABLE TV SERVICE PRODUCTION This agreement covers the cost of specialized programming. *A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ADOPT AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH MOUNT PROSPECT PUBLIC LIBRARY FOR GOVERNMENT ACCESS CABLE TV SERVICE PRODUCTION This agreement covers the cost of specialized programming. *A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ADOPT AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH MOUNT PROSPECT PARK DISTRICT FOR GOVERNMENT ACCESS CABLE TV SERVICE PRODUCTION This agreement covers the cost of specialized programming. *A RESOLUTION IN LIEU OF BONDING FOR MUNICIPAL WORK WITHIN STATE OF ILLINOIS RIGHT OF WAYS IDOT allows municipalities to adopt a resolution promising to restore state right of ways disturbed by the municipality in lieu of putting up a cash bond. *A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROPSECT TO SIGN A NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS NPDES GENERAL PERMIT (Exhibit B) (Exhibit C) (Exhibit D) (Exhibit E) (Exhibit F) (Exhibit G) XlI.
