A. OVERVIEW OF FRANCHISE RENEWAL PROCESS
Staff and legal counsel will present overview and explanation
of the requirements for the Franchise renewal process.
1. Update on Technical Review
Staff and legal counsel will present update on the
technical review of the cable system including
correspondence and written reports.
2. Report on Survey Results
Staff will provide report on final results of survey
done as part of community needs assessment.
B. FOURTEENTH YEAR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Staff will outline requirements of this on-going process.
1. Public Hearing
A Public Hearing is scheduled to elicit comments
on the performance of the cable operator as a
part of the Fourteenth Year Performance
Evaluation.
2. Written Comments
Staff will present written comments submitted by
residents and businesses who could not attend
the Public Hearing,
