AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE)
OF THE' V~LLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ....
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Sectipn 18.2005 of Chapter 18 entitled
"No Stopping, Standing or Parking'! be amended to delete
the wording "Gregpry St., South, At Any Time, Btw. Dale &
Waterman Aves." in order to allow parking on Gregory Street,
south side, between Waterman Avenue and Dale Street.
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Arthur, Farley, Floros, Murauskis, Van Geem, Wattenber~

ABSENT: None
