Request from resident for Board to consider appeal from Safety Commission decision to deny STOP signs at the intersection of Columbine Drive, Larch Drive, and Oneida Lane. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5037 GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 105 EAST PROSPECT AVENUE This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 5037 (8/17/99) by granting a three-month extension for a Conditional Use permit and variation for the construction of townhomes at 105 E. Prospect Avenue. PZ-26-02,216 Yates Lane, Residence 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 216 YATES LANE This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow a circular driveway. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended denial of the request by a vote of 7-0, therefore a super majority vote is required from the Village Board for approval. PZ-27-02, 115 S. Busse Road, Residence 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 115 S. BUSSE ROAD This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow a circular driveway. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the request by a vote of 7-0. PZ-29-02, 1817 Bonita Avenue, Residence 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1817 BONITA AVENUE This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for the construction of an unenclosed porch that would encroach four-feet (4') into the front yard. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the request by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit A) (Exhibit B) (Exhibit C) (Exhibit D) A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE VILLAGE LOFTS, L.L.C. (NORWOOD BUILDERS) FOR OFF-STREET PARKING AT THE LOFTS AND SHOPS DEVELOPMENT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ENTER INTO AN EASEMENT AND COST ALLOCATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE VILLAGE LOFTS AND SHOPS, L.L.C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance amends Section 16.609 of the Village Code by adopting uniform standards for developers to recover a portion of the costs for public improvements (commonly referred to as recapture agreements).
