Owen Street, Residence 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 915 SOUTH OWEN STREET This ordinance grants a variation to allow a 768 square foot garage to encroach within a five-foot (5') interior side yard. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit A) Xl. NEW BUSINESS XlI. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT *A. Bid results: 1. Holiday tree lighting ($35,000.00) 4. Demolition of Mount Prospect Senior Center, 50 S. Emerson Street B.
