AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 1~
as amended, of the Village Code of the Village of Mount Prospec
be and the same is hereby further amended by decreasing the
number of Class "R" liquor licenses by one (1) (Amigo's) from
sixteen (16) to fifteen (15); ~o that hereafter said
Subsection A of Section 13.107 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses.
Five (5) Class
Three (3) Class
Nine (9) Class
Two (2) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
Two (2) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
Fifteen (15) Class

SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
