ORDINANCE NO. 3409
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2004 entitled "Schedule IV -
Stop and Yield Signs" of Chapter 18 of the Village Code,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding in proper alphabetical sequence the
"Name of Direction of
Street Traffic Movement
following:
At Intersection
With
Huntington East and Hunt Club Dr.
Commons Rd. Westbound "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
