AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That subsection A of Section 13.107 of
Chapter 13 entitled "Number of Licenses", as amended, be
and the same is hereby further amended by decreasing by
one (1) the number of Class "S" liquor licenses from
seventeen (17) to sixteen (16); so that said Section 13.107.A
of Chapter 13 shall hereafter be and read as follows:
"Sec. 13.107.A. Number of Licenses
Four (4) Class
Three (3) Class
Nine (9) Class
Two (2) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
Seventeen (17) Class
Sixteen (16) Class
One (1) Class
Five (5) Class
A Licenses
E Licenses
C Licenses
D Licenses
E License
F License
G License
M License
P License
R Licenses
S Licenses
V License
W Licenses
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
