ECT!ON ONE: Pursuant to Section 11-76-4 of the Illinois
~nicip~l Code, Illinois Revised Statutes, C24, Section
11-76-4, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect find that the following described personal
property

served by its sale.
TWO: Pursuant to said Section 11-76-4, the Village
[er is hereby authorized and directed to see the afore-
~ntioned personal property now owned by the Village of
Prospect at a public auction on Saturday, October
1984, at 1!:00 A.M. at the Public Works Center, 225 West
Road, Wheeling, Illinois, to the highest bidder on

THREE: The Village Manager is hereby authorized and
direct the Northwest Municipal Conference to advertise
sale of uhe aforementioned personal property in a newspaper

:ECTION FIVE: The Village Manager is hereby authorized and
~ay direct the Northwest Municipal Conference to enter into
ny agreement for the sale of said personal property. The
,uction shall be conducted and the auctioneer shall be
:ompensated in the manner set forth in the contract attached
ereto and made part of this ordinance.
ECTION SiX: Upon payment of the full auction price, th~
illage Manager is hereby authorized and directed to convey
nd transfer title to the aforesaid'personal property to
he successful bidder.

]TiON SEVEN: This ordinance shall be in full fdrce and
fect from and after its passage, by a vote of at least
