PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1026 CHURCH ROAD
IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS

THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
THE 4th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1984

authorities of the Village of
Mount Prospect, Illinois, the
4th day of September, 1984

concrete slab for a diving board and ~atio, and the location of
the fence shielding ~iping and air-conditioner unit within the 20
foot exterior side yard area, as indicated in the petitioner's
site plan, and provided that the petitioner owners shall bear the
cost of removal and replacement of such portions thereof as are
located within the ten foot easement area for drainage and utilities
should the same become necessary in the operation and maintenance
of such easements.
SECTION T~REE: Except for the variations granted herein, all
other applicable Village of Mount Prospect Ordinances and
Regulations shall remain in full force and effect as to the Subject
Property.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet
form in the manner provided by law.
