ILLINOIS PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOkRD OF TRUSTEES THE 4th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1984 Published in pamphlet form by authority of the corporat~ authorities of the village of Mount Prospect, Illinois the~ 4th day of September, 1984 80~ ORDINANCE NO. 3452 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FO~ CERTAIN PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE LINCOLN CIRCLE SUBDIVISION IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS ~EREAS, Donald Craig has filed an application for variation witl respect to his property co~aonly known as the Lincoln Circle Sub, ivision in the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois (the "Subject Pro ~rty"); and ~HEREAS, the Subject Property is described as follows: The North three quarters of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10 (except the east 300 feet thereof) Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. ~HEREAS, Petitioner seeks the following variation from pr( lsions of Chapter 14 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Ill nois, to allow a reduction in the width of Lots 5 through 9 of sal~ Subdivision located on the bulb of the cul-de-'sac having front lot widths of 50 feet instead of the 65 feet of lot width frontage re¢ ired by Section 14.1101.A.1 of Article XI. HWHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the variation requests (d~ignated as Case No. ZBA-25-V-84) before the Zoning Board of App als of the Village of Mount Prospect on the 28th day of June, 198 Mou~ and Vil 12013 VI tha TR[ FO] inc of req Cha the the pursuant to due and proper notice thereof published in the Prospect Herald on the 8th day of June, 1984; and ~HEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has submitted its findings ~ecommendations to the President and Board of Trustees of the age of Mount Prospect to allow the requested variation and the ident and Board of Trustees of said Village have given further ideration to the variation request and have determined that the satisfies the standards set forth in Section 14.605 of Article f Chapter 14 of the Village Code, and this Board further finds it would be in the best interest of the Village to grant the est for variation. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS OWS: SECTION ONE: The recitals set fOrth hereinabove are rporated herein as findings of fact by the President and Board rustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. SECTION TWO: The President and Board of Trustees of the Village ount Prospect hereby grant to the Subject Property the variation ested with respect to Section 14.1101.A.1 of Article XI of ter 14 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois, to allow reduced lot frontage widths to 50 feet for Lots 5 through 9 on Subject Property. t R~ P~ fi P~ AY NA AB AT SECTION THREE: Except for the variations granted herein, all ~er applicable Village of Mount Prospect Ordinances and ulations shall remain in full force and effect as to the Subject )erty.
