Mundt has filed an application for variation :h respect to his residence property commonly known as 800 Cathy ~e in the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois (the "Subject ~perty"); and WHEREAS, the Subject Property is described as follows: Lot 98 in Town Development Co's We-Go Park Unit No. 2, being a Subdivision of the West Half of the Northeast Fractional Quarter and East Half of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section il, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois WHEREAS, Petitioner seeks the following variation from pr ~visions of Chapter 14 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, II.inois, to allow a driveway width of 21 feet 8 inches rather than t~ permitted 18 feet as provided in Section 14.116.C of Article I, ofl|Chapter 14 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois; and t h d th at IL WHEREAS, a public hearing was el on e vari ion request (~slgnated as Case No. ZBA-28-V-84) before the Zoning Board of Ap)eals of the Village of Mount Prospect on the 26th day of July, 19~4, pursuant to due and proper notice thereof published in the Mo lnt Prospect Herald on the 9th day of July, 1984; and CC Sa VI th re T~ FO of WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has submitted its findings ~ recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees of the 2lage of Mount Prospect to allow the requested variation and the ~sident and Board of Trustees of said Village have given further ~sideration to the variation request and have determined that the he satisfies the standards set forth in Section 14.605 of Article of Chapter 14 of the Village Code, and this Board further finds it it would be in the best interest of the Village to grant the uest for variation. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF STEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS ,LOWS: SECTION ONE: The recitals set forth hereinabove are ~orporated herein as findings of fact by the President Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. and Board SECTION TWO: The President and Board of Trustees of the Village Mount Prospect hereby grant to the Subject Property the variation ~uested with respect to Section 14.116.C of Article I of of lpter 14 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, Illinois, to allow ~riveway width of 21 feet 8 inches. t~ Re¢ Pr~ fr¢ fo~ PA~ AYE NAY ABS ATT SECTION THREE: Excep~ f0r the Variations granted herein, all ~r applicable Village of Mount Prospect Ordinances and llations shall remain in full force and effect as to the Subject ~erty.
