Published in pamphlet form by authority of the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, the 21 day of November ,1984. RDINANCE NO. 3477 AN ORDINANCE ZONING THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS KENSINGTON CENTER, PHASE FIVE WHEREAS, the real estate hereinafter described in Section Two of this Ordinance has been annexed to the Village of Mount Prospect and is the subject of an Annexation Agreement dated May, 1980, by and between the Village of Mount Prospect and American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, a national banking association, not individually, but soley as Trustee under a Trust Agreement dated February 10, 1979, and known as Trust No. 45771 and the beneficiary thereof, Northern Illinois Gas Company, an Illinois Corporation and OPUS Designers, Builders, Developers, Inc. (formerly known as Rauenhorst Corporation), a Minnesota Corporation; and KHEREAS, said Annexation Agreement provides that the Village shall sene said real estate in the I-1 District, Light Industrial District, under the Village of Hount Prospect Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on the proposed zoning of said real estate was duly held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect on February 28, 1980, pursuant to proper legal notice thereof published in the Mount Prospect Herald on February 11, 1980; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect that aforesaid request, known as ZBA 6-Z-80, be granted; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village Mount Prospect have determined that it would be in the best interest of the Village to grant the requested zoning. of NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: The foregoing are incorporated herein as findings of fact by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. SECTION TWO: The official Zoning Map of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, be, and it is hereby amended by adding thereto the following described real estate and by classifying the following described real estate in the I-1 Light indus~rzal District: Kensington Center - Phase Five being a subdivision in part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook County, Illinois. SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be null and void until such time as an accurate Plat of Subdivision is recorded with the Recorder of Deeds or the Registrar of Titles, whichever is applicable. SECTION FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
